Since Boar's Head Provisions was founded in 1905, much has changed in the world. While many have learned to cut corners, Boar's Head is happy to say they haven't changed with the times. Over 100 years later, they are still using only the finest ingredients: pure pork, poultry and beef, combined with real spices, and award winning cheeses made with the freshest ingredients. Boar's Head never use by-products, fillers, artificial flavors, colors or added trans fat. They are also proud to say that their premium deli meats, cheeses and condiments are all gluten free. Quite simply, Boar's Head wouldn't put anything in their products that you wouldn't put on your family's table.
